Not sure how you got down voted for stating reality.
Beyond massive watch for those that don't know. Granted with a dial that busy, one likely would need it that large to read it.

I'd venture to state in my 40+10+++ years circling the planet, the only time O needed to use the chrono subdials is for testing if it works, for fun. Never had to use them for any life situations.. Having said that, it is a big discount but keep in mind they're still making money, and what are you getting since it's refurbished? unknown can of worms, unless need this watch or any ecoserve it's a risk, ait happend to me, with just a regular eco drive, won from work being top citizen sales associate at a mom and pop jewelry store, we did 4 mill a year, i sold 950k alone. From experience, one day when the solar charged rechargeable battery dies it won't take a charge, local stores with a jeweler unless smart will screw up the watch and then needs to send to citizen. I would only send to hq for repairs. it has a long warranty, I remember 5 years but this was 15 yrs ago. It could be longer and not sure on refurbished if warranty is in effect

This seller is legit. The 4 watches i've purchased "refurbed" have all been new, without blemish, tags intact and in box. I'm not sure if the box is the original, but it's still etched and properly branded

I am only worried about the battery condition of these watches, they are very expensive to repair, I have many ecodrive watches, ranging from $300 to $1000, and bought several from TJ MAX on sale, several from Macys full price and some from Jomashop. One of the Jomashop ones have extremely short battery life and takes very long to recharge, 2nd from there has been perfect.

Citizen said if it holds charge, and they test it and it works, they will charge me for the service, I said it does but drains very fast, I have several watches charging at the same time and one just keeps dying faster than others. Since it's not verifiable they would not replace or service it under warranty. I have 15+ year old Citizen, my first watch, it died right around 12 years mark and I wish I could get it serviced (replace glass and battery) but it costs as much as new watch now.

Just be careful with refurb watches, should be good as long as they have citizen warranty, otherwise get some kind of extended warranty.

Having said all this, I wouldn't buy any watch other than Citizen eco drive. My other watches over 10 years, not a single battery change, all atomic, except they won't set daylight savings time, but it has a very easy setting to toggle it on and off.
