1. Offer Timing and Description
Athletic $10 PromoSnap Offer (the "Offer"), begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first ("Offer Period"). All Offer claims must be submitted and received by December 31, 2026 ("Redemption Date").
During the Offer Period, purchase ONE (1) 6-pack of any variety Athletic Brewing Co.® non-alcoholic beer from a licensed off premise retailer that reflects a purchase price greater than
$10.01 net of taxes or fees ("Qualifying Purchase") and receive $10 ("Offer Item") after submitting the required information and pending verification (as further described below). All purchases must occur in the same transaction and be on the same receipt. Qualifying Purchase must be the full retail price and excludes any store discounts or coupons. Limit ONE (1) rebate per receipt and submission, maximum of ONE (1) rebate during the Offer Period.
2. How to Receive an Offer Item
Eligible participants may receive their Offer Item by completing the following steps:
Complete a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Period and scan the Offer QR code or visit amgpromos.com/ATH8807636W URL.
Provide the required information which includes but is not limited to: a valid date of birth (MMDDYYYY), state of residence, and a valid Qualifying Purchase receipt (which must include the state of purchase and purchase date).
Select method of receiving payment either via Venmo or PayPal and provide the requested information based on selection made.
Upon verification of eligibility and Qualifying Purchase receipt, participant will be sent $10 via the selected method within 48 hours. All claims must be received by the Redemption Date. Claims received after the Redemption Date are not eligible for this Offer. See Section 5 below for additional requirements and restrictions.
3. Sponsor and Administrator

4. Eligibility
This Offer is valid on purchases made in, and by legal residents of all 50 U.S. States and D.C. who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of purchase. This Offer is not available to groups or organizations. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Offer Entities") and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the "steps" of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, alcoholic beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, and importers, and alcoholic beverage retailers and their employees and family members are not eligible to participate in this Offer. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Receiving an Offer Item is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. Requirements and Restrictions
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SHOW OR GIVE RECEIPT(S) TO ANY STORE EMPLOYEE. Each participant must circle the Qualifying Purchase item(s) and date of purchase on the original receipt. Offer claim requests and/or receipts that are inaccurate or contain illegible or incomplete information are not valid and may be rejected. No duplicate redemption. Qualifying Purchase may only be used to participate in the Offer once. All purchases must occur in the same transaction during the Offer Period, be on the same receipt, and include the Qualifying Purchase item(s), date of purchase, valid state, and retailer name (if applicable). Valid at participating licensed off-premise retailers in valid states only.
No substitution or cash equivalent of an Offer Item is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise required by law. Offer Item not valid on any sales tax. Photo of receipt must be of physical receipt and not a screen shot or photo of a photo. Sponsor/Administrator have the right to reject any Offer claim, receipt, or submission due to fraud concerns or misuse of the site (see Section 7 for additional information). Limit ONE (1) rebate per receipt and submission, maximum of ONE (1) rebate during the Offer Period. This Offer may not be combined with any other offer, rebate, store discount, or coupon.

6. Release and Limitations of Liability
Offer Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility, and each participant agrees to hold Offer Entities harmless from all liability for any costs, claims, damages or any other injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), disability or loss to any person or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights such as right of publicity/privacy, libel or slander) due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Offer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Offer Entities are not responsible for any loss (financial or otherwise), liability, injury (including death) or damage to persons or property, which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the purchase of, use or misuse of any Offer related product. Offer Entities further assume no liability either for the cancellation, modification or premature conclusion of the Offer for any reason or through the acts or defaults of any company or person providing any offer or due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond its control.
7. General Conditions
All Offer materials/receipts submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Offer Entities are not responsible for: (i) any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered e-mails or any other non-delivered Offer related materials; (ii) interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Offer; (iii) illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, damaged, late, incorrect or inaccurate registration or Offer information, whether caused by Internet users or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Offer; or (iv) for any typographical errors in any Offer-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Offer; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Offer. Any use of robotic, automatic, multiple email addresses or identities, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Offer will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and result in the individual utilizing the same to be ineligible to participate in the Offer. In the event of any conflict with any Offer details contained in these Terms and Conditions and Offer details contained in Offer materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Offer as set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If, in the judgment of Sponsor or Administrator, the Offer is compromised by fraudulent activity, viruses, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention or other causes, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the Offer, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Offer, which may include if more claims are received than supplies of Offer Items available, terminating the Offer and awarding only the intended number of Offer Items set forth herein. OFFER ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE OFFER.
8. Choice of Law and Disputes
By submitting an Offer claim, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Offer shall be governed by laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles.
Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or any items claimed, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Offer, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
