I thought peppermint was a trigger for acid reflux and more to combat the symptoms associated with IBS.

Why not buy this instead at a much lower price? It uses the same active ingredient as the brand-name version and provides the same acid relief, just under a different name. Manufactured by same company. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate...om=/search

These aren't as strong, FWIW. The peppermint variety are the extra strength 1000 and the one you posted is the 750 strength. Personally the pepermint sounds gross though...I guess it depends on your tastebubds and heartburn/nausea.
I have a hiatal hernia and eat Tums like candy! It works as well as prescription drugs with less tiredness.
