Edit: Some of you replied you keep screenshots and always get yours. I'm not new to this. I've done it before also. This time they really put up a fight and gaslighted me. They even resubmitted my rebate and created a new entry ID offer after the one I applied for was supposedly ineligible, the new one is currently still pending after two weeks. Update:
All new 5G Home Internet plans (including All‑In, Rely, and Amplified) now advertise the monthly rate "plus taxes and fees", meaning the base price does not include taxes, and taxes/fees are charged separately on the bill.
T‑Mobile removed tax‑inclusive pricing for all new 5G Home Internet plans as of August 6, 2025, so both All‑In and Rely plans are now tax‑exclusive for new customers.
The above makes sense since I had All-in plan starting June 2025. I downgraded the plan to Rely a couple of months ago.
On top of that, they've raised their rates for existing customers without a price lock twice in the past couple years. They're taking advantage of our decrease in affordable major carrier options after they bought Sprint however they can.

Are you talking about the Simple Choice plan? What hidden fees and tax are you talking about?
The form says "Choose the phone number you would like to send the reward to." so it needs to be my existing T-Mobile cell phone number but in the FAQ it shows the new line number for Home Internet.
