T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is described as a fast, location dependent wireless replacement for cable, with strong speeds for streaming, gaming, and multiple devices when reception is good. The $30 starting price and five year price lock are tied to a qualifying voice line and AutoPay, and the promo can include a virtual prepaid Mastercard or bill credits. The main friction is the rebate and billing process, which often requires careful submission and follow up. Coverage and congestion matter a lot, so checking local signal quality first is the safest takeaway.

I signed up for this service twice in the last year under two different names and got the money twice. This is a fantastic deal for many reasons listed below:

(1) If you have xfinity NOW for $30/month and they try to rip you off by charging you $50/month next year, cancel the service and get TMobile Home Internet instead. I got the $70/month plan + 1st month free. This basically means for 5 months you can use TMobile Home Internet for free (with the $300 gift card). Around month 4, check Xfinity Internet Plans and they will have come begging for their business back at $30/month. Keep doing this every year.
(2) With the $70 plan, you get Hulu and Paramount for free. So enjoy that too but make sure you cancel those services when you cancel T-Mobile Home Internet.
(3) The fastest way to cancel TMobile or Xfinity is to tell them that you are moving out of the country. They will stop trying to bundle you or move services to your new address immediately.

FYI T-mobile internet is very spotty. I live in a major city and only got 2-3 bars with no better than 52ms, and constantly dropped while streaming and gaming.

Just an fyi, Tmobile home internet is QCI9. This is lower than Metro and even mobile users who are tethering data.

Priority wise, you will be dead last.
thanks, this would be reason enough for me not to get it, though I am tempted...

So with Ooma phone service it won't work?
I have Ooma, 3 TVs, 2 receivers, 1 solar system, 5 smoke/CO2 detectors, 1 Thermostat, 1 sprinkler timer, 1 desktop, 1 laptop, and two phones. Never an issue. I stream in UHD. It all depends on your location.

How is that a reason? No one's gonna be tethering data on your tower, that's not common

It's pretty fast. 100-350Mbps. I've tried the lower plan one and it sucks a few yrs ago. This all in plan has been great so far. We use about 1.7TB per month and there's no throttling at all

I got it for $20 a month for 5 years. Speed is decent for my needs and I have 4 bars on the signal. At that price, it has become my backup if my Xfinity goes down. Also, it's time to renew my Xfinity promotion and will use it as leverage. Because it's unlimited, I only use it on my TV's since Xfinity isn't unlimited. So far so good. I have the bottom tier Rely plan, so my promotion is for $100 in 14 weeks so I looking get it in early July. I did screenshot my submission.
