I bought this last month for $14. It's very sticky and plastic feel. It doesn't breath very well, so when you sweat, it feels horrible. But for $8, good for back up in the car.

I've used the hawk and Co performance jacket which is I think a step up from this for the past three years, and it's been great as my New England shell. I pretty much always pair it with a hoodie. It does have a bit of that sticky feeling which is from the water seals, it was very waterproof for the first year. As to be expected now it is not so much waterproof and the inner seals have gone dry and now are not nice on the skin if I'm not wearing a hoodie. All in all my favorite jacket I've ever had though, very durable and the color was great.
This price is a steal. I'm grabbing 6, 1 for me and five for some homeless people.
👋 For 8 bucks you might be able to really help somebody out!

Excellent windbreaking expect great waterproofing for maybe 12-15 months, typical of all jackets pretty much, unless you're dropping 100 on some discounted $200 jacket
also I definitely recommend this over the $15 Reebok jacket because this jacket has excellent waist drawstring and excellent Velcro wrist strapping which I always really appreciate when I'm using it.
Elastic cuffs and waistbands do not cut it.

Don't pay to shop! I used to shop.at Walmart and snag these deals, but Walmart+ or $35 minimums are pay-to-shop plays that undermine [the limited numbers of] these deals, effectively a shopping tax, often rendering them not good deals, and we as consumers should not encourage such fees.

Polyester: cheap material, often uncomfortable, even potentially dangerous. Would be a good deal in cotton or blend, not so with Polyester.

Be aware that these may be Chinese-sized, meaning that 3XL is only a L or XL in American sizing. I suspect that to be the case based on experience. You'd rarely see 3XL in American sizes but they are common in Chinese sizes. Just look on eBay. The sizing chart Walmart shows is a generic one and doesn't necessarily apply to this jacket.

I bought these in two sizes with higher pricelast week and it just went downin priceby $5.. Unlike the Hawke other jacket that was on sale, size on these is basically slightly larger. So good for your normal size in these. These look different in reality than in pictures. These are thin, plasticky and probably good for Rainier. I don't think these are that good for dressing up.
Walmart doesn't do price adjustment so I reordered in one size (the other size was already oos). I will keep both sizes, smaller for wearing on relatively thinner shirts, and the larger size over layers in cold weather. If the other puffer jacket is still available for less than $14, get those. Those are so good, stylish and dressy. I also bought those in two sizes, but they seem fitting for the size, so I bought a another larger size on those for multi-layering.
