I bought an open box galaxy watch for my wife a few weeks ago. Came with a glass slightly chipped on the side, generic band of the wrong color and no charger. Spent way too much time on the phone with them to try to figure out how to address the issue locally and ended up returning without a fee. Never again will I deal with besbuy open box.

If you're upgrading from a GW 7 or earlier be aware that none of your existing bands are compatible. They changed to a different band system for the ultras/watch 8.

I just picked one up locally, it's "Good Condition", but the device itself is practically brand new. It came with everything, and it looks untouched.

Not available for shipping to my address. Excellent available for pickup 25 miles away, and good 36 miles away. I only bought open box from them once and everything went well, so I'd take a chance if shipping or pickup close by was available.

I'm in the Applesphere of gadgets, but this is a nice watch. They did a good job of designing this watch.
