Yes, because flat "beads" are totally the same as the old fashioned 3D beads that used to be on sale. This is what, plastic scrap from a bigger project turned into plastic washers, or "beads" as they call it. These may be modern but make no mistake they are tremendously cheaper than what they used to be. Hence the price.
