A lot of the reviews show a stronger rope handle. It looks like they changed the design.

Yup, looks like this deal has a cheaper strap handle. Seller boosted their reviews by offering a better product to the reviewers. Staff post so I'd avoid.

I've had these for about a year with the flat, cloth straps and they hold up. I've stuffed them full and thrown over my shoulder and no issues
