Bought excellent condition, received good condition per the box labels. Contacted BB support on their site and they are taking care of me, but unknown if/when refund will post or if it's an exchange... it was a weird interaction.

Ordered Open Box Excellent. The airpods themselves were fine, but FindMe was locked to the previous purchaser. It means no warranty even though it had warranty till 12/22/26 and no FindMw. Returned. Annoying...

Bought a good condition. the airpods and case looked brand new. The sound quality is more of less the same, the bass tighter and the higher are a little brighter or more clear. I dont think 90% of people need this upgrade.Only buy f your old ones are dying or dead.

May not need to upgrade if you have the airpod pro 2. But at $158 for the 3s refurbished, there is no need to buy the 2s from someplace like woot for their standard $135 open box deals
