Last time I ordered from Al's, I only received one item out of several, the remaining order was delayed for weeks, and eventually cancelled. The customer support was friendly but ultimately not helpful. They claimed the package was dropped off with shipper but the shipping status never updated for weeks with no tracking. No one knew what was happening and later just quietly cancelled my order. Seems they are more local brick-n-mortar, their inventory system or other logistics just not up to speed for today's e-commerce. After that experience I'd hesitate to order anything from them.

Sorry that happened to you... Hopefully just a 1 time thing. I haven't had any issues ordering from them.
