I feel like consumers love coupons so it's hard to get rid of them. Isn't that what happened to JC Penney? They tried to never do sales but it didn't work.

Not shopping at REI anymore. They've lost that feeling. Prices are way out of touch. And they don't carry my size 14 in boots anymore in the clearance (the only place I can afford those prices). So, LATER REI.
