I have a different knockoff pair, they are all just silicone ear buds with a small handle to sit in the ear that can be used to pull them out. They have enough noise reduction to knock down the volume of a TV/music/talking in an adjacent room to let me sleep. They are not bulky at all, since the bud sits in the ear canal and the handle part kinda sits flush inside the ear. I can kind of sleep on them, but there can be a slight pressure discomfort not from the earbuds themselves, but the air pressure they create when they push down the ear canal. Otherwise super comfortable and they stay in all night.
