These are sold by multiple sellers/brands, all the same. Walmart has it for $46. I bought 2, yes they're flimsy, they may hold 460#, but I don't know how you'd spread the load. I wouldn't let a 200# friend sit on it, but for deck storage, they're great for less than $50. We've had 2 nasty storms and the inside stayed bone dry. It is lockable, but not really for security, it's more to keep your toddler from opening the lid.
