There's no way I would eat this. Too many brazil nuts causes hair loss. Serious pass.

I'm well beyond being concerned about hair loss. I'm in for a couple of bags to try it out...it looks good.

Thanks, I bought several bags. This is one of those that takes a while though. 3-4 weeks delivery.

Reading the ingredients, it mainly contains dried flavored apple bits and Brazil nuts.

In for three bags! Brazil nuts were everywhere growing up, and now it they're expensive and hard to find anymore. Same thing with Acai - it was trendy 20 years ago and I drank it all the time, now it's hard to find anywhere, especially where it isn't blended with something else.

I'll try one since my cart had a few other needs in there. Also, Lavazza coffee super crema whole bean is back in stock on Lavazza website. You can use a promo code UT5REN to lower cost.

Brazil nuts are one of very few foods that are super high in selenium. Great for you, but it only takes a few a week.

Yup. I buy a bunch, keep most of them in the freezer and thaw as needed to eat 3-5 a week
