I own two chainsaws, and this little pruner is by far the most dangerous tool I own. Keep the trigger pressed, it will happily continue to cut off your fingers...

I call it "my little bone saw"

It's a great tool and at a great price. I resisted for a long time because it's a very powerful tool. I think I paid $80 without the kit and that was a good deal.

I was a little scared of that but after using it many hours that's not a concern. It seems like it could take a finger but just keep your non trigger hand away from the blades and you're good, not an issue or concern any more. I have many DeWalt tools and use almost all of them way more than I anticipated and this is my favorite. A complete game changer if you have a lot of bushes and trees to maintain.

Only have one bush to trim, but I guess I can use it for my tree as well. Can it also be used as a personal groomer? I would think this would give a good haircut a la Edward Scissorhands....
