CPU is like $160, MB $120, Ram $200 pre-tax. Comparatively, Micro Center has similar deal for $350. They also have a 7500x3d bundle for $350.

CPU, MB, Ram combo for 350-380 isn't bad. You also get an AIO if you need one.

If this is for gaming you'll be fine with no ray tracing on 1080p/1440p, but anything higher or with ray tracing and you'll be limited by your GPU.
