I have a cart like this that also folds into a dolly. I use it almost never as whatever I put on the cart just falls off because I'm not bungee strapping two 12 packs of cokes to walk across a paved parking lot. Just get one of those collapsible Dollies with the rollerblade wheels. Those are still king of the trunk imo.

I own this exact unit. I ship it to offices that I am decommissioning Network equipment from. I have had well over a hundred pounds of equipment on it to roll to the other end of the building and it worked fine. I have also had boxes "strapped" on and rolled it down the sidewalk and crossed a street in San Francisco that it..... sort of worked. But the wheels are small and struggled on non-perfect surfaces. But what it is it works fine.
