What am I missing here? Both MSRP and "sale" is insane.

Stahlwille is a bit of a fancy German tool maker. They are generally known for making very high quality tools and charge a hefty price as you can see.

Relative to the MSRP price this does look like a decent deal for this kit. Not saying it's worth it or even practical for most people.

Reminds me of when Craftsman was still made in the USA, but even better than that.

This company's pricing is crazy! 24k gold plated maybe with today's gold prices but I don't see even a smidgeon of reasoning behind this companies price!

Does Stahlwille translate to "Snap-on" in German? Kidding...I've heard of the brand but I am not sure where it falls in quality as it relates to American brands. I assume it's in the same tier as the tool trucks, ie Snap-on, MAC, and Matco?

Do the sockets have some sort of cushioning, so that you don't put a scratch on any bolts on a Bugatti? Holy hell. Don't get me wrong. I understand and appreciate nice/expensive tools, but this is intense.
