Couldn't find the exact model on rtings. Anyone know if this is a good tv for console gaming and general streaming for the price?

The one listed on walmart is a K variant, not a G variant. I wasn't sure if that made a difference or not

I had the same question, but after a quick search it appears the variant is the region it's sold in. Quoting from a post on a message board "K or G (Suffix/Regional): Often signifies the market (K for Europe/UK, G for global/US) or is "fluff" (extra characters)."

I bought this unit at Meijer , luckily stacked an mPerks coupon and got it for $50-60 cheaper.

Gaming is decent under gaming mode and less-than-4k resolution. Picture quality is amazing at this price for streaming 4K content

I've been keeping an eye out for deals on tv's lateley since my 13yr old 3d tv is showing signs of going bad with 1 corner being dimmed. But I would like the base of the tv to be like the one I have, center mounted on a big rectangular stand, not like the one this tv has with it having 2 legs on the left and right. I would need a wider table to put the tv on with this type of stand.

I'd rather get the Q77K, for $399, at Costco. Comes with 5 year warranty and was actually reviewed by rtings.

60 Hz is no go for me. As another post mentioned, Costco model is much better for a little more

Not good for gaming and only has 60hz. If you want a gaming a TV you'd go for gaming features and over 120hz

I use aftermarket stands like this one for the same reason. Very stable and can be used on a smaller table: https://www.amazon.com/PERLESMITH...B08863DHR3
