Can someone comment on this TV? I'm looking for at least a 65" TV in the $500-$700 range. I'm a gamer and would like some things maybe like VRR, Dolby Vision, and at least 120Hz if possible. Any ideas, folks??

This is a low budget tv, 60hz with no VRR. You may be able to get a TCL QM6 or Hisense U7 within your budget.

Bought TCL tv In this price range in 2024. By the end of warranty period the display stopped working, TCL support claimed it's out of warranty so they won't touch it. Ultimately had to pay another $50 to a local recycling company to dump it. Complete waste of money

TCL support is practically nonexistent

Yeah, that lines up with what a lot of QM8K owner have been reporting.
Even though the TCL QM8K sits near the top of TCL's lineup TCL's support experience doesn't really scale up with the hardware. The official support structure is still basically the same "Google TV model support portal + generic troubleshooting + warranty swap" system you see across their QM series pages, without much real escalation for firmware or advanced issues
