From my T-Mobile Business Account Rep on 2/17:
"Happy Tuesday!

I wanted to share a promotion that just went live today, and I don't want you to miss out.

Right now, you can get a tablet line AND the new Samsung Galaxy A11+ for just $10/month. These promotions can change quickly, so I always like to pass them along as soon as they launch.

It gets even better — if you need two, the second line is half off. That means for just $15/month total, you'd receive two Galaxy A11+ tablets with cellular service. You can use them anywhere without WiFi — and you're not paying for the tablets themselves."

I ordered two. They have arrived and I set up one so far. From discussion with the rep You should confirm the lines have the following codes per line:
1. HDVPASS0 code is an often"free" add-on that unlocks 1080p streaming for certain Business Unlimited Tablet plans.
2. SOC Code (Tax Included): ZB10HSTI
or Alternative/Older Code: ZB10HSTE (Tax Excluded version)

I have not seen a bill yet so cannot confirm all the proper credits will be applied to the monthly bill, but emails from the business account rep say they will be there. There is a 24 Monthly Obligation for the free tablets. The order that you must confirm will show pretty much full price for everything, so make sure the account rep confirms in an email what credits will be applied.

There was an old thread for a similar deal ($20 tablet) but I cannot find it (probably five years ago).

This is a data only line. Although you are issued a local phone number, you cannot make calls, but will work with google voice and similar VOIP apps. I am not sure about Whatsapp.

Why is this being downvoted voted? Seems like a good deal. Can someone enlighten me? Thank you.

Ask your account rep. I just got that email from her. I never found it on the account. Never looked for anything on the account.

Most people don't have a business account, I guess. It looks like it has to be legit, you can't just apply. You have to call and have a business representative relationship, so most people here can't replicate the deal

For those that do not have a business account, AI search response:
Yes, you can set up a T-Mobile for Business account using your Social Security Number (SSN), but only if that SSN is not already associated with another active T-Mobile account.
  • Sole Proprietorship: If you're a sole proprietor with no employees, you can use your SSN to create a business account. This is often referred to as a "sole prop" account.
  • One SSN per Account: T-Mobile allows only one account per SSN. If your SSN is already used for a personal or existing business account, you cannot use it again for another business account.
  • Alternative Option: If your SSN is already in use, you can set up a business account using a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) instead.
  • Plan Access: Using an SSN for a business account allows access to business-specific perks like tax write-offs, business billing, and certain business-only plans (e.g., Business Unlimited for Tablets).
  • Setup: You can start the process online or in-store. If setting up online, T-Mobile may require a call to verify your business. In-store, you'll typically need to show your SSN and a government-issued ID.
💡 Note: Some users report that T-Mobile reps may allow a business account with an SSN even if it's already on a personal plan, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the store and agent. Using an EIN is the more reliable path if you already have an active account.

I found some more information:

I cannot yet find the promotion code for the business tablet lines promo. I don't see the new lines on my account but will advise when I find the promo code.

I tried with my rep but he told me The free tablet promo is not eligible with a $10 unlimited data tablet line (grandfathered, but still available for high scoring eligible accounts)The buy one get one 50% data lines are the newer offerings $20/$25 lines and not eligible to be combined for the free tablets. It was either/or for me. Did you ever hear back from your rep?The R469 was helpful to get the conversation started but I would like to seal the deal with the tabs here. I'm actually hoping I can get something like the iPad promo instead of the galaxy tabs. What plan do you currently have?Which SOC code did he actually add for the 2x new data lines? (I know you mentioned ZB10HSTI but that has been grandfathered. Are you 100% sure it was this?)Which SOC code did he use for the BOGO50%?

Nope, what I found in my account is even worse: $15 for 2GB high speed data.

What's the video streaming limit on these lines? HD or 4k?

If I already have a $10 tablet plan from before, can I still add these two for another $15? 3 sims would be nice.
