Great find! I was so pumped, I was hoping it was the 22mm model so I can use it with my Quinn socket sets. Tempted to pick this up but I think I'll hold out. I'm surprised HFT doesn't make the 17mm set for the 3/8" drive...YET. Then again I wish Quinn had a ratchet like this...frustrating that they don't while they make the sockets.
Got this for $16.99 last September, it is very well made and fits great with the low profile nano sockets. With the ratchet + 24mm socket it was just as tall as a 1/4" ratchet with a short 6mm socket, you can get into some tight spots with these.

1/2 drive version is $39.99 on the same product page.

Yeah $16.99 is just right for this tool, not anything more. Btw, I bought it for $22.99 but the look and quality is...Meh! Although, It holds the 3/8 nanos like nobody's business.

I bought the 22mm 18 incher last April for $24.99, so they do discount them. I have both the 3/8 and the 1/2". Apparently, only Astro makes them with the holding "C" clip for the nano's. Both are great, but haven't used them for scenarios where I had no access, so cannot tell how helpful they would be.
It's a good tool and a good deal. However I'd never buy a low profile ratchet wrench that's not reversible. It's made for low clearance. So if you're backing off a nut or bolt and the clearance is too tight it's stuck there. There's no way to reverse and salvage the situation. You'd be forced to cut something to get it out.

So seemingly not a great deal, but with the tariffs adding up across everything, this might be the new baseline "best deal" for this wrench.
Summit Racing also sells it for $23, so if you live near one, and want to buy it locally : https://www.summitracin

Wish this was the Astro 3/8" XL rachet though,....
