"Homemade" do you think this is made in someone's kitchen?

Normally can find this on sale for 2.50/lb at my local grocery store, this is a decent deal for bronze die cut with a variety of shapes.

This beats $1 barilla/ronzoni/prince/store brand because the die cut makes the pasta surface rougher, which allows for better sauce adhesion.

I can get DeCecco for a similar price at Restaurant Depot, but only if I buy a 20lb case (of 5lb x4 bags), and you don't get as much variety (penne, linguini/spaghetti, mezze rigatoni if you're lucky).

It's not better than all other store bought pasta, but it's definitely better than a lot. Bronze cut pasta creates a rougher texture that holds onto sauce better than super smooth pasta.

Publix recently had it as a "Bogo." Wasn't impressed nor disappointed. It's probably on par with the name brand competition but not worth a premium.

It will be interesting to see if even this introductory quality level is maintained with them being a Campbell's soup product now. Like others, IMO the sauce has gotten worse since, switching to Del Grosso as our premium base.

We love the Rao's brand sauces and tried their noodles for the first time this week. Better taste and texture than your normal american based boxed crap.

All things considered, three better pasta meals will not make you any healthier. Now if you replace all cheapo pasta you eat with this, there may be an improvement. If you cut down on any kind of pasta, there will definitely be a change.
