Toto Drakes can flush the most massive of shits compared to contractor special toilets from the box stores. The coating on the ceramic is also much easier to keep clean (if you don't destroy it with abrasives).

Wish they carried a 1 piece Toilet/Bidet seat combo. I'd buy 2 if they had that, but I'll keep my old 1 piece non-comfort height Toto's with Moen Bidet seats until that happens.

There is another version of the seat & drake (and a few other models of) toilet bowl base that has a hole in the back and a different water hose connection from the seat that keeps everything hidden called "washlet+".

I bought my full drake toilet with this type of seat for about $900 last year from Amazon directly but they aren't as easy to find or as available in stock.

Not sure if the aesthetics are worth it but some of the newer seats work with both regular bases and washlet+ toilet bowl bases.

I bought a Toto Drake separately and it did not have a hole to partially hide the cable. This combo likely has the hole, but it's not completely hidden as shown in the photo. Honestly it's not a big deal though and not worth paying an extra $1000 for the integrated toilets.

I think the C5 is the older version of the seat that has a tank water heater vs the tankless heater in the newer seats.

I don't see how this is different or adds something better than just putting a bidet on your existing toilet. Am I missing something?
