I use this to make rice krispie treats. It is vegetarian-friendly and contains no gelatin like marshmallows have.

If you mean Jet-Puffed brand, yes they are just regular marshmallows.

If you mean this product, no it is not a marshmallow. It is more like a sticky thick spread as opposed to individual bite-sized treats.
