On top, one argument for the Elegoo is, they print well with the same settings as the Bambu Labs HF PTFG. So you can take an old RFID tag from a bambu labs spool and have a full bambu labs auto discover functionality in your AMS when you print something like this: https://makerworld.com/en/models/...id-adapter
But other than that, I would agree, The Kingroon is the better deal.
Kingroon provides print profiles you can import. Actually, I should check how much they differ. Potentially they work also with the same tags. Anyone done that already?
Elegoo has a coating on the rim of the carboard spools that help it work better in the AMS. Plastic rims aren't necessary like they are for other brands.
This filament is great. You can get same price on Aliexpress in other colors if you need to. I know standard PETG is as low as $7 but this prints about 15-20% faster and ends up being cheaper all in on my prints. My printer runs almost 24/7 selling the same print and in the end I can make 28 prints per week vs 24 by using this RAPID PETG vs my kingroon. Thats $160 more in sales using 9 rolls of filament that im only paying an extra $27 for over kingroon.

I will also add that I dry these before use. I've been through about 14KG of the black, works great in a P1S
