The way things are now you can buy this pc and switch the mobo and still be ahead. It's wild.
I assume this would require re-buying Windows 11? How much is that usually

Speaking of MC, this one compared to PowerSpec G757 for $100 more? That one has the 98003D with Samsung SSD but 240mm AIO which I hear runs a little louder. I'm coming from a gaming laptop so I don't think the noise will be worse lol.
Same question! Hope the experts here can provide their thoughts

The 240mm AIO can handle 9800x3D without problem. Make sure you adjust fan speed in Bios settings. Costco one has low quality motherboard. 7+2+1 power system .

I have this exact PC from a year ago when a similar deal if not the same was posted. Very happy with it and 0 issues. Mostly used for gaming and work. I've also added and extra 2TB SSD, very easy to upgrade.

Heads up for anyone getting this — the RAM ships running at JEDEC default 4800 MT/s, NOT the advertised DDR5 6000. You need to go into BIOS and enable EXPO to get your full memory speed.
How to fix it:
Restart and mash Delete to enter BIOS
In EZ Mode, find the Memory section and switch from "Standard" to "EXPO1"
While you're in there, verify Re-Size BAR is enabled (mine was already on — Advanced F7 → PCIe Subsystem Settings)
F10 to save and exit
Confirm in Task Manager → Performance → Memory that it now shows 6000 MT/s
This is standard for all motherboards (they ship at safe defaults), but figured some people might not know they're leaving free performance on the table. Takes 30 seconds in BIOS.

Is it the same price in warehouse? Or do they offer in-store pickup if you order online?
It's $14.99 shipping if you buy online, so it's slightly cheaper in warehouse.

I was not offered an in-store pickup option with an online order.

Damn, I don't have a Costco membership, and I'm too disabled to go in.
You could sign up for an online membership and then order it to be shipped to you.

Anyone know how this compares to the G457 on sale for $2399 at microcenter? I would primarily use it for 4K gaming but these two seem close spec wise. Any advice would be appreciated, as one of these machines will be my first gaming pc!
