Can't speak directly towards this model, but waited forever for this to go on sale last year but never really did. Ended up buying the DeWalt version 20v for less in a buy one get one deal.

Having used the DeWalt version and having the flip drill, honestly the flip drill has pretty low profile that it works well in narrow spaces I think in most cases you would be better off with the right angle impactn drill instead as the right angle head here does not provide impact.

Except for their worm drive saws, I still think of new SKIL tools as a DIY brand. For a similar price on sale, you can get a Dewalt, Bosch, or Milwaukee multi-head drill.
I have 3 such drills, and I still think most people should keep their standard drill and instead buy a 6" bit holder and a right angle adapter. For far less money, these two items will get you most of the utility for getting into corners that you would ever need.

For close to the same price you can get the brushless Bosch Chamelion or flexclick, whatever they call it now. It beats the Milwaukee Installation driver, the Bosch is awesome.

Edit: couldn't find any deals on the brushless, but the brushed version, which is still very good, is available refurbished for close to this price https://a.co/d/0aoA0TSY

If yiu already have Milwaukee M12 batteries, then the Installation driver would probably be a better choice, I am just not crazy about it due to the larger size and direction switch over the Bosch.
