First ingredient is plam oil. Order of ingredients signify the amount used in that order. INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Oil (Palm*, Illipe Nut), Sugar Cane/Chicory Root Fiber, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Wheat Flour, Pistachio, Cocoa Powder, Soy Lecithin, Water, Soy Oil, Natural Flavor, Spirulina Extract, Salt, Stevia Leaf Extract, Baking Soda. *Sustainably sourced CONTAINS: Wheat, Milk, Tree Nuts, and Soy.

Guys I have these and they are EXTREMELY sweet; like overwhelmingly so and I can't finish the rest of the box. I generally have a good tolerance for this stuff too but yeah it's just overkill in this case so be warned.

Haha I read it's only 4g of sugar per pack on there but I guess the ratio is off from sugar to flour. Some of their other products like the dark chocolate stuff I heard isn't as bad. But I personally prefer the ChocZero brand they use cleaner ingredients + monk fruit.
