Yes Beach (thru Amazon) is the only authorized dealer of this Z8
I'm very interested in the rtings review, Tom's reviewed it previously and reported an abysmal SDR brightness of 103nits. It's so low I want to see another review to confirm.

I saw that Tom review & didn't care about their nits number since Tom isn't an enthusiast site like AVS forum or flat panel where that number was vastly different.

I have controlled lighting and it's been awesome in all conditions.
That is to say my eyes is the truth teller and it isn't eye searing nor dim off my TiVo 1080 feed.
