It's useful having the power consumption on these cables for troubleshooting purposes. I have several cables with this feature. Unfortunately the ones made today only show power consumption to the single watt, not to the tenth of a watt, and this means for my earbuds, watch, and other small battery items the display can show "0 W" when r device is actually pulling 0.2 watts or so. The earliest few cables like this I bought did display to the tenth of a watt and I treat then as well as I can.

I bought two of these a little over a year ago for just under $15 each and ran them through my couch. These get used and abused. Constantly getting sat on and chopped up in the recliner but they always work. They look a little rough now but they have outlasted all the other "rugged" cables I have tried for this application. I just bought 2 more at this price.

I've got one of these. it was free with some earbuds. after 6mo of abuse the connector is a little lose and crooked (thanks wife), but it still works fine and the power displays is useful.

These are my goto for 6.6ft 240 watt 3-pack with LED display $16. These are chunky cords (which I like). The only drawback is that the end is kind of big and might be an issue with some phone cases. I use these primarily for PD to laptops. https://a.co/d/04bbYsUT
