Lenovo makes solid docks but I'd definitely wait on this. They drop in price as companies upgrade, and they end up on eBay for pennies on the dollar. I was getting TB4 docks for about $80 with charger on eBay. Granted, this looks like their brand new offering, so it might be a while before they start popping up on eBay.
I'd trust business-class docks over those cheap ones on Amazon any day of the week.
Edit: I was corrected on this part that I deleted.

Though keep in mind if your laptop is not Intel-based, you can't use Thunderbolt. You're limited to USB-C speeds which appear to be 10gbps. I think that only supports my monitor at full resolution and 60hz, not 240hz. 49" Samsung monitor at 2k resolution. I found this out the hard way when my work laptop was an AMD model.
Thunderbolt support is dependent on the model of laptop, regardless of whether the CPU is AMD or Intel. For example, here's the PSREF of the P14s G6 AMD with two Thunderbolt ports. https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/...D_Spec.pdf
