I just got mine and so far, so good. I might even get another one or two. It does not heat the water since it a cool mist humidifier. The controls are simple and the lights and the misting can be used independently or in conjunction. It takes between 6 to 12 drops of essential oil for the 300 ml container, and these drops go directly with the water. I wouldn't expect a whole lot of humidifying effect though. Certainly mist but this appears to primarily be a diffuser with a secondary benefit of a humidifier.

I already had some peppermint essential oil. However, I am probably going to order this set since it is the cheapest that I found ($/oz) for an assortment and it also comes with a dropper syringe.

EDIT: the promo code seems to be a one time use, so I cannot order more at the promo code. Nice unit though so far and had I known, I would have tried to order 2 or 3 and seen if the promo code was limit one time use on multiple quantities, or limit one quantity. I was hoping to put one in my bathroom for toilet use and to see if I could get a diffuser effect while in the shower.
