Ordered this last week to come in with my regular monthly S&S order. Everything came loose in a large box with minimal padding. I opened the box and discovered several broken items. Suspecious, I iopened this item and upon closer examination discovered that the small plastic cutter on the dispenser had broken off. The vacuum bags seemed durable, but I didn't have a chance to test them as I had to send everything back. But be sure to be careful with the cutter as it might be on the fragile side. Amazon, much to their credit, is sending me a replacement which I should be receiving tomorrow.
