Yes sir. Ecoflow Official Store. Same as the link above. I bought one because ever thing I've read basically touts them as either seemingly new or excellent condition, just like you said. But that's what I received. If I had to guess, that's dried salt water on the front of it and it's also covered in grease and dirt. My second guess is this was a no questions asked Costco type "return". Costco says buyer said it's broken, sends it to Ecoflow, they slap it in a new box and send it out. I can't think of any other explanation that would cause this maybe other than they just didn't do their job... lol. I'm just sketched out as this was for my home server with $5k in hard drives. So I will wait for a new deal from Costco.
