80% recycled down. The reviews were brutal: This recycled garbage bag stains very easy and i do agree with everybody else it feels extremely cheap cause its recycled cheaply made cheap product not worth the price dont try fooling the public .. make good quality clothing like you used to this stuff stains every time not the way i remember this jacket this new style is literally garbage

If you can live with the color choices, I think so. My wife got the non-hooded version from REI a few months ago for just under $100 and is happy with it. The shell isn't as durable as my Mountain Equipment Lightline or old TNF Nuptse, but it has kept her sufficiently warm this winter (20s were common this season). It's not a jacket I would pay $300 for, but it's easily worth way more than $50.

Kapok, cieba......be careful with these plant based 'down' alternatives. They don't have the same properties as real down. (700 fill goose down does not equal 700 fill cieba down)
