Costco has a similar product - 2 pack of 3 oz CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion (SPF 30) for $24 regular price, often on sale for $19 - so a pretty similar item for about $9.50 per bottle. (I purchased it in early February at the $19 price but it seems to be off sale, but CeraVe seems to go on sale every couple months).
The 30 SPF doesn't have zinc oxide and might make it much easier to wear, though it is less effective at blocking rays. But the best sunscreen is the one you'll actually wear - if the heavier cream causes white cast, etc, you might be less consistent at wearing it. Efficacy is also strongly influenced by a product's overall formulation, not just a single ingredient and ratings can be somewhat misleading (there are 30 SPF formulations that are more effective than some other 50 SPF formulations).
3 oz is about 90 ml. A conventional amount would be about 1 ml per application. If you are outdoors a lot and reapply appropriately (probably 3 times a day) a bottle should last about a month. Using it how lazy people (it's me!) do and applying once a day a bottle will get you through two or three months. YMMV based on face size.
