QLHU49XA still seems to work. If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code (before tapping the Continue button).
The ambient temp sensors in these are horribly inaccurate. If you're buying them for the internal probes only, they're fantastic. In the limited time I kept this particular set, the internal sensors were more accurate than any other wireless probe I've used. Measured them alongside a few handheld quick-read thermometers I have on hand. Seems to be the general consensus on these and similar wireless models. Great internal sensors, poor ambient accuracy.
Really wish the ambient sensor had worked better. Would have been perfect to monitor the smoker temp remotely.

Ambient temp from any meat thermometer isn't going to be spot on compared to the one on your grill. The sensors are in different locations of the grill and at different proximities from the heat source.
It'd be nice if the app let's us callobrate/adjust the temp readings though. But I don't know if that's even a thing on any of these meat thermometer apps.
Got this on the last deal. Very impressed how well it works (especially compared to similar probe systems from other brands). App connects quickly and works flawlessly, temperature estimation has been nearly perfect, alerts actually alert, etc. I had kind of given up on these types of thermometers due to lots of bad experience and I've been chuffed with this.
W.r.t. the complaint about ambient temperatures - mine seems about as accurate as I'd expect (oven temp versus reading is usually +/- 10% which... given that the probe is right next to the meat is about as accurate as something like this would be).

This wasn't a case of a few degrees off. Over several cooks they were horribly unpredictable. Sometimes they were within 5-10 degrees. Others they were over 30 off. I wasn't looking to use them for pinpoint accuracy. But when they're so wildly inaccurate that you can't even use them to proactively stop a flameout or runaway temp, that's pretty pitiful. I find it really hard to believe that in two chunks of meat with the ambient sensor portions of the probes literally inches from each other that there could be almost a 30 degree difference that was erratically jumping up and down.
Edit:
Will also add that I have a wired 4-probe ThermoPro set and I use the grate clips to create an ambient sensor or two almost every time I use them. I move them all over my grill to accommodate food placement, etc. so they're never in the same location twice in a row. I've never had any problems with those and they always read close to set temp and don't fluctuate wildly.

I am trying this brand as a new wireless. The brand I currently use is ChefIQ. With ChefIQ I have had issues with the probe batteries failing after about seven to eight months of heavy use. I use them for smoking meats and on a hot charcoal grill.
I bought a two pack first, then later a three pack of the ChefIQ brand. The two pack is about two years old and only one probe still charges, and that charge only lasts about one to two hours. The three pack is about one year old. One probe is starting to fail, and the other two only last about three to six hours.
When I smoke a pork shoulder or brisket, the cook can run twelve hours, sometimes longer. Because of the short battery life, I have to rotate the three probes that still work just to get through a single smoke. Hopefully this is only a ChefIQ issue and not as willshi has brought up, a global issue. I do mean for this post to be respectfully to willshi. However, with my current experience, he may be correct.
