Looks like mostly whey concentrate vs isolate, but I'll take my bloating/gas chances at this price. Apologies in advance, family! 😁
This is a slow release protein, probably 80% casein/ 20% whey (same ratio as milk). This is good as a meal replacement/before bed type of thing, not after exercise.
