For anyone who doesn't understand the difference, these Dockers have creases because they're khakis, which are "business casual." Creases make pants a step dressier than jeans or other pants with no crease. These Dockers also have slash side pockets instead of jeans-style top pockets, again because they're a step dressier than jeans.
Dockers also makes PLEATED khakis, which also have creases and look like this:
