MSRP is 29.99 so 30 dollars
gamestop, target, booksamillion and walmart prices will likely be higher. So yes, slightly is a comparative term so the point is that out of all the sites selling this booster that actually have stock available, this deal isn't attempting to fleece you as bad as the others. Additionally, if the price goes down you're entitled to a refund of the difference.

Edit: I see what you mean 26.94 from Bestbuy and TCG online....both are out of stock though and probably impossible for the average person to get once preorders open on TCG and in-store only at BB. So yes, more than slightly for some.
