Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea, they face an impossible situation as the enemy closes in. The story unfolds on land, sea and air. RAF Spitfires engage the enemy in the skies above the Channel, trying to protect the defenseless men below. Meanwhile, hundreds of small boats manned by both military and civilians are mounting a desperate rescue effort, risking their lives in a race against time to save even a fraction of their army.

I didn't like this movie...
I agree with you on this. I thought it minimized a huge event. At no part of this film did I get a sense of scale of the overall operation. 3 planes at most in the sky, only a handful of the same boats in a scene. It just made it feel small. In reality it was the complete opposite. Nolan can't get them all right. I have this on 4K disc that I will never ever watch again. Definitely a wasted purchase.

lol at least the ones that care about quality especially on the audio side.

10% difference, you know that's either some 4k soundbar user or someone completely clueless about all this!!!

I think you can also get a digital Movies Anywhere copy if you have 2,500 Microsoft rewards points this month (~$2.50) if you suffer through Bing search results like I do.

Not a bad price at all, but it is also the second most boring war movie I've ever seen, right behind 1917 - both of which I gave up on a little over halfway through.

Don't knock it until you try it. It is being picky but the image and sound quality are amazing.

Horrible movie. Non linear. Zero depth. If you want a real WW2 movie watch Come and See.

Agreed. Overhyped. I don't think Nolan has made a good movie since TDk Rises. Everything after is pretentious, non linear, and over hyped.
