For the occasional user, a regular set from harbor freight's Pittsburgh line is fine. Problem with cheap ratcheting wrenches are that the ratching systems are poorly built. It tends to be the number 1 reported issue with Amazons cheap ratcheting wrenches.
You can find Husky on sale pretty frequently for $4 or even $3 per wrench. I got a 30 piece ratcheting set for $90. Lifetime warranty, easy replacement at local Home Depot. I was tempted by these cheaper sets, but like the commenter above said, better to buy tools that will last.
