The one thing I noticed when I do a bunch of sealing is the cheaper bags with smaller patterns on the one side do not work as well when the sealing surface is warm from doing multiple jobs. It tends to not allow the vacuum to build due to the bags closing up from the warmth.
I bought the foodsaver bags at Costco or Sam's and they are way better than the cheaper bags, especially if you plan on doing 10 or more double sealed bags.
That's just my experience.

It's Ok, but it takes up a huge amount of plastic bag for the seal, around 2 inches which is a lot compared to Foodsaver which is less than half that.

It has been working great, it has a pulse feature to control the amount of time, and to stop suction before juices get to seal area, which others I've owned lacked. It has external connector, holds roll inside.
The customer service was good, in an odd way though. The first order didn't have the external connector, one of the main reason's I wanted this one (and the pulse). Initially they said to return it to amazon with in the 30 day window, which by the time I read their response had passed. Then they offered a % refund, but I really wanted the external connector and asked couldn't they just send the part, couple more % offs, when I explained I already have 2 others, without that feature and why I purchased this unit, then they just sent out a whole new unit.
