It's personalized, of course no returns. Vast majority of reviews are very good, are you just summarizing the small minority of negative reviews or do you have personal experience?

This seems like an odd buckle for personalization. Martingale collars are typically meant for training and to maintain control for heavy pullers, so I only use it for walks. My dog has a permanent collar for her ID/phone number tag, vaccination tags, and Airtag. Also, I think a buckle on a martingale is a bad idea as that introduces a point of failure that's supposed to take the stress.
