This MSI MAG A750GLS is a 750W Gold power supply that stands out for strong value, with A tier ratings, CWT as the OEM, and free shipping at a very good price. It is described as working flawlessly and staying super quiet in zero RPM mode, especially under gaming loads. The included 16 pin to 2 by 8 pin adapter helps with modern GPUs, but the unit only has three PCIe and CPU ports and the CPU EPS cable splits at the end. The rebate can also be slow and the status tracker may not update, so the deal is best when the upfront price matters most.
People who want third-party validation for their PSU choice because commenters pointed to it being listed as tiered on SPL and shared a Cybenetics evaluation link for the unit.
PC builders who want a quiet 750W Gold PSU for a gaming rig because one buyer said it worked flawlessly and was super quiet in 0 RPM mode most of the time (you won't hear it over the GPU/case fans unless you're listening closely).
Shoppers assembling an Nvidia-based system who don't mind using the included GPU power adapters because a commenter noted it only has 3 PCIe/CPU ports and relies on included 16-pin to 2x 8-pin (6+2) adapters, which they said isn't an issue if you use Nvidia with the 12V-2x6.
Deal-focused buyers who want a straightforward purchase with shipping perks because one commenter said it was "just what I was looking for," calling it a good deal with free shipping and avoiding OldEgg.
Buyers who are sensitive to coil/capacitor noise because one owner said it works fine but sometimes makes a distracting noise (possibly capacitors) and they would pay extra for a quieter unit.
Anyone planning to rely on the rebate timeline because a commenter warned the $10 rebate took about 3 months and the status tracker wasn't updated, with the prepaid card arriving unexpectedly.
Users who need more than three PCIe/CPU power connections without relying on adapters because a commenter said the PSU only has 3 PCIe/CPU ports and uses included adapters (and a different CPU/EPS cable split) to work around that.
Buyers who want a guaranteed working unit right away because one commenter reported the unit "appears to be dead."

But it also apparently splits the CPU/EPS cable into two at the end, don't know how much power draw is typical for those, but it's a notable difference from most other PSUs I've used.
I could bypass the PSU in my other desktop if I get desperate.
Submitted the rebate online and it was accepted.

Glad they have an online portal to submit rebates; I abhor typical mail in rebates.
Fine print says mail the receipt in but no where in the online submission does it state that when going through the steps!
