I bought this psu and am mixed on it; works fine, but has a distracting noise once in a while ( I think it's the capacitors). I would spend extra if a psu would avoid the sound, not a deal breaker though.

Nuts, I just bought this from MSI a week ago and they drop the price another $10. I will have to reach out to them to see if they have a price match/guarantee policy.

This matches the same sale during BF when it was 129.99-60.00 membership discount, also with the $10 rebate. Probably one of their regular periodic sales rather than the aftermath of RAM became exorbitant.
There was also a $10 promo steam code, and Paypal pay in 4 20% cashback during BF which makes it even sweeter though. I bought the deal and the PSU worked flawlessly. Super quiet, in 0 rpm mode most of the time. In games you won't hear it over the GPU or case fan unless you are a dog.

Solid PSU but be wary of the rebate. I submitted it digitally and it took 3 months for them to finally send me the prepaid card in the mail. The status tracker wasn't even updated so it came out of nowhere.
