This MSI MAG A750GLS is a 750W Gold power supply that stands out for strong value, with A tier ratings, CWT as the OEM, and free shipping at a very good price. It is described as working flawlessly and staying super quiet in zero RPM mode, especially under gaming loads. The included 16 pin to 2 by 8 pin adapter helps with modern GPUs, but the unit only has three PCIe and CPU ports and the CPU EPS cable splits at the end. The rebate can also be slow and the status tracker may not update, so the deal is best when the upfront price matters most.
The unit reportedly works fine and can avoid audible noise most of the time.
The PSU is reportedly rated tier A- by SPL and is associated with an A-Tier OEM CWT.
The power supply can run very quietly in 0 RPM mode during typical use.
The deal reportedly included free shipping and avoided dealing with OldEgg.
The power supply can make a distracting noise occasionally, which may come from capacitors.
The $10 rebate process reportedly took about three months and the status tracker was not updated.
The rebate card reportedly arrived unexpectedly after the tracker showed no progress.
The PSU reportedly has only three PCIe/CPU ports and relies on included adapters for GPU connections.

Thanks OP!
Got one for a spare. Will fire it up with my tester when it gets here.
There was also a $10 promo steam code, and Paypal pay in 4 20% cashback during BF which makes it even sweeter though. I bought the deal and the PSU worked flawlessly. Super quiet, in 0 rpm mode most of the time. In games you won't hear it over the GPU or case fan unless you are a dog.
Here's the details for this PSU.
