Not only is that FALSE….IT CAN BE REPLACED. The likelihood of a Bulova Quartz movement failing is less than .5%. But thank you for the giggle.

This movement is 16 beats per second, so a sweeping second hand. Because it's Quartz, its accuracy is within 5 seconds per month. That's right, the most you would lose or gain is 1 minute per year.

I wish. Timex uses a much cheaper Quartz movement. But you can count on +/- 30 seconds a month or 6 minutes per year. The Bulova is considered an HPQ.

The Precisionist is a killer movement. Without being radio-synced, it's one of the most accurate movements in the world and certainly at this price.

Citizen now owns Bulova and if you take a Precisionist in for maintenance, if required, they can replace it.
